To avoid the need of anesthesia for diagnostic and operative Office-Hysteroscopy we have designed a system utilizing a visual entry and a simultaneous visual dilatation of the cervix that allows to perform diagnostic and operative procedures without anesthesia in the gynecological office on the awake patient. Awake-Hysteroscopy allows finally the „See & Treat “concept in the office at the gynecological chair.

The Kruschinski Modular Scope (KMS) allows to perform diagnostic hysteroscopy in cases of bleeding disorders. Detecting a polyp one can start resectoscopy during the gynecological examination as Awake-Hysteroscopy. Awake-Hyseroscopy with KMS and Tubal Patency Test

The Kruschinski Modular Scope (KMS) allows to perform diagnostic hysteroscopy in cases of Infertility, together with a test for tubal latency and an endometrial samle. This can be performed during the gynecological examination as Awake-Hysteroscopy. Here you can see the how the air bubbles flow directly into the tubal osmium, which is an indirect sign of tubal latency.

The Kruschinski Modular Scope (KMS) allows not only to perform diagnostic hysteroscopy and small hysteroscopic procedures without any anesthesia in the office during the gynecological examination as Awake-Hysteroscopy, but also a gentle and atraumatic visual dilatation during hysteroscopic procedures in the OR. Here you can see the resection of a small placental polyp. In such cases the advantage of the “See&Treat” concept of the KMS allows to avoid anesthesia and a 2nd procedure with anesthesia in the OR.
